Run-through example using simulated ribosome data 01/20/2016

Download file demo_0120_2016.tar.gz and unzip it using the following command:

tar -xvf demo_0120_2016.tar.gz
cd demo/mpi_bdb_ctf

To run a particular example, simply go to the directory (e.g. mpi_bdb or mpi_bdb_ctf) and execute SPARX commands listed in the text file run_through_example one by one. Many require MPI installation.

As of 01/20/2016 the non-CTF example has not been updated.
